The AARD strives to educate an entire nation of people in Guinea Bissau, Africa, on modern farming techniques as well as what crops will grow in this region of the world
during the seven to eight month dry season.
Currently, the people of Guinea Bissau farm during the wet season, but the vast majority of the year is too hot to grow crops without proper training, which the vast majority of people here do not have.
As a result of this massive poverty and starvation plague this nation of over two million people making it one of the poorest countries in Africa.
